So I’ve decided to start updating this website with my general ramblings. I’ve not yet figured out a focus to it. But since I’m an ADD type of guy, there will be no general theme.
As I build this site, I’ll keep this post sticky. Mainly to serve as a jumping off point to my other blogs and projects.

I’m posting this for my future reference because I have no doubt that I’ll get the White Screen of Death again on my iPhone. Oh, and I’ll also write it in my moleskine.
Thanks to this post from Phaktor7, here’s the solution:
- First, press and hold the HOME button.
- Second, press and hold the UP volume button as well.
- Third, with those still held, press and hold the SLEEP button.
After 5 or 6 seconds it displayed the black screen with the chrome Apple logo.

I was lucky to be invited to a small dinner with PR/Social Media rockstar Brian Solis. Brian’s in town to talk to the local PRSA and promote his new book. I was planning to attend, but I’m slammed at work and gave my ticket to Jim Canterucci. I will try to make the book signing after.

This site is my digital playground. And right now I’m playing with my new toy –my iPhone. Most likely, my iPhone posts will be short. Like Twitter short. Ok, maybe longer. But with this capability, as inspiration strikes I can get a good framework of a post up, rather than waiting to get to a desktop, and risk losing the inspiration.
And now, check out this photo. Totally unrelated, but I wanna see how photo posting works.
