Rode my bike to work today for the first time

Yes! Now this is more like it. Today, I rode my bike to work. According to Google Maps, from home to work is exactly 3.5 miles. So it was a 7 mile ride.

Since this blog serves somewhat as my “workout diary” I’m going to post every day I ride to keep track. Sorry if it’s boring to you, the reader.

Okay, now I’m on IE to see if the image uploader works.

Don’t get the error message like I did in firefox, but still no image insertion. Argh.

My webhost just installed Worpress version 2.5 in fantastico. So, I’m using alvinborromeo.com as my test platform to test it out before I migrate all my other blogs on it.

For some reason, I can’t add a picture. Can’t do audio. I’m not even going to try video. Oh well.

Today I Started Working Out Again

Part of the reason that I grabbed this domain is to document my quest to lose some weight. In that regard, I started working out again at my work’s gym.

I’m part of a training group. Today we worked on abs. I’m not sure if I can work out on Monday however, because my right wrist is killing me.
